STANDARDMag: In creating your own lane in history, what did you do to keep yourself motivated?

Germance: I always remember Whose I am!  Philippians 4:13 has been my business motto since I became a Texas Realtor in 1998.  I carried this motto into my Jewelz by Traci Lynn business in 2013.   I would be nothing without Him.  I feel emotions typing this because I acknowledge the undeserving blessings.  The things that have happened to me that I didn't ask for but He knew I needed.  Likewise, the situations I am experienceing are because I didn’t make my own decisions.  I am well aware that He is protecting me through.  I take these situations as a motivational adventure to stay motivated to realize and remember Philippians 4:13.  To succeed, all I have to do is stay humble. My faith motivates me.

STANDARDMag: In all the professions you could have chosen, why high-end jewelry?

Germance: I decided to sell Jewelz by Traci Lynn because it enhanced my life.  The jewelry selections were georgeous.  Designs like nothing I had seen before.   I was already a sales person.  So I decided not to pay someone else to help me look good but to pay myself and earn extra cash doing it.  I now not only help my customers purchase beautiful homes but can also help them look good in their homes wearing my jewelry and carrying my handbags.  

STANDARDMag: What are some of the important take aways many of your clients will gain from their experience in doing business with Traci Lynn Jewelry? 

Germance: No matter what you are wearing, Jewelz by Traci Lynn will take you to the next fashion level.  If you don't like attention, don't wear Jewelz by Traci Lynn.  You are guaranteed to get complements from our jewelry as well as our handbags.  My customers also appreciate the guaranteed quality.  I offer a manufacture defect, return policy. 

STANDARDMag: Lastly, every person symbolizes something and every Legacy leaves a message; when everything is said and done, what would your Legacy message leave and symbolize?  

Germance: My truth! My customers are not just someone who made a purchase with me.  By the end of the sale, I strive to be able to say that they are not just repeat customers but a repeat customer who was treated  with respect and dignity to the level that they feel comfortable to refer me as their friend who sells Jewelz by Traci Lynn.   My truth is that I want to be treated with respect when I support other businesses; therefore, you are guaranteed to get what you deserve from me... respect to the highest level because I am nothing unless my repeat friends think of me and refer me when needing to purchase jewelry and handbags.
